he is talking about how at last call everyone always orders 2 more
drinks and then once the bar closes they all go to someone elses house
to keep drinking and they always have the liquor but never the mixer.
the punch line goes something like this, 'well he have (some kind of
booze) and ... umm... chocolate milk" he was on comedy central if that
